Subculture

A subculture is what this wiki is all about. A subculture is a group of people with a set of ideals, philosophies, ethics, style, music or customs that exists within or outside, but not as a component of general culture or society. For example, skaters ride skateboards, often carry cameras, often oppose authority, and will be glad to help another skater. They are often resistant of attempts by business to co-opt their culture. This separates them from any skateboarder, because many skateboardewrs don't share these believes and go along with business.
